What a fantastic stay! the accommodation was beautifully decorated, providing a lovely atmosphere to relax in. the spacious lounge area and easy accessibility made it perfect for seniors like me. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds that offered a restful night's sleep. Plus, the location near amazing restaurants was a delightful surprise.
I would appreciate better bathroom accessibility for seniors.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was fantastic and clean, with great location to the Northern Industrial area. The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators in the studio apartment was nice. Location: the property was so close to a multiple shops and restaurants, and the food court
Although everything was great, some of the staff were not very helpful.

I found myself in a cozy apartment that felt like home, complete with a full kitchen for cooking up something instead of eating takeout. The location made it easy to grab meals, though the mattress felt like it was auditioning for a bad comedy. I almost requested a cot for my imaginary baby. the check-in process had me raising an eyebrow at extra fees, but the friendly staff made it bearable. Just don’t expect any breakfast in-house unless you enjoy a scavenger hunt!

This place is stunningly beautiful with a caring and helpful staff team. It's located in a great area, incredibly comfortable, just a short walk from shops, cafes, bistros, and a large shopping center. Plus, there are plenty of goodies for breakfast, and they offer early check-in and late check-out.

Located conveniently near the freeway and shops, this hotel boasts comfortable beds and clean apartments. the shower provided a refreshing experience and the kitchenette proved to be handy. Friendly staff assisted with any queries and the facilities were sufficient with franchises nearby.
The entrance to the hotel wasn't the most impressive, with dirty glass doors giving a poor first impression.

Great location near a variety of restaurants and eatery areas, as well as a shopping centre within walking distance. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay for the weekend. Another great advantage was the breakfast options offered, with plenty of venues to choose from.
The private parking was disappointing as there was no way to secure the vehicle when leaving the car park. there were no parking spaces available on one occasion due to other guests allowing entry to their friends.

We loved the apartment style room at Quest Epping. The kitchen was a great addition, even though we didn't use it. The cleanliness of the environment and the balcony were highly impressive. Having Netflix on the TV's was an added bonus.
One minor issue we encountered was the lack of linen and towels for our fifth guest. However, the housekeeping staff quickly resolved this for us.

The bed was comfortable to sleep in, and the shower had hot water. The hotel was situated near the city center, and the airport shuttle service was reliable. , the complimentary breakfasts were delightful.
The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful, particularly during the busy New Year season. The television didn't work correctly, and the swimming pool was overcrowded.
